Smooth, woody, amber with unique aspects giving a “velvet” like sensation.

Please be aware that this is one of our larger molecules, which cannot always be detected by smell directly from the bottle.

Usage: Used to impart fullness and subtle strength to fragrances. Superb floralizer found in the majority of newer fine fragrances and also useful in soaps. Richer in the desirable gamma isomer than is isocyclemone.

Uses in perfumery : Iso E Super® is used in masculine, woody and ambery notes as a woody base. Allows to bring a light violet flower note to woody accords.

Natural availability : Iso E Super® is not available in its natural state.
