BC Fragrance offers several options depending on your requirements.

We will be happy to accommodate your schedule and come to you with our collection of fine fragrances and gladly walk you through a carefully designed scent experience that you can share with your guests, whether you are planning a simple perfume party for 10 to scented weddings with 100 guests or corporate events for more than 500 people.

BC Fragrance’s products are made of high-quality Fragrance oils directly imported from fragrance manufacturers in Grasse, France. With regards to costs, we have done souvenirs ranging from Php60 per piece to gift sets worth Php2500. Price is computed based on quantity order.

Production Leadtime: 
We have a 45 days lead-time (1.5 month) upon the receipt of 50% downpayment. Out of town clients- at least 2.5 months before the event date.

Design Services: 
Kindly note that there is an additional design fee if we will be making the layout & packaging designs for you. Design fee ranges from P2,000-P4,000. This covers 3 design options using your event’s theme and invitation’s elements, 1 major revision and 3 minor revisions (font & color changes, etc). Final design fee cost is based on the amount of layouts to be designed.

Shipping Items:
All shipping fee are an additional cost. We can ship gifts provincial and outside the Philippines (certain restrictions apply in Europe). If you wish to have your gifts shipped, please do let us know during the ordering process

1. If you wish to start your order, simply send us an email at with the subject/header “(your name, month and year of your event). DO make sure to give us the following before we can send you a formal quotation.   
  • Name
  • Email Address
  • Contact no. (we can reach you. We also use Viber and Whatsapp)
  • Event date
  • Desired Pickup Date. Will this be for Pickup or Shipping; If for Shipping, please include shipping address
  • Quantity x Type of Gift you are interested in purchasing

2. Our Sales Coordinator will send you an email with a formal quotation. We may ask you with more questions regarding the items you wish to purchase.

3. Once you have review the quotation, a 50% downpayment (also for corporate clients) is required to start the project. We accept cash, bank transfer or Paypal.

4. For those availing our Design Service, this will be the first thing we’ll be sending over to you for design selection and approval. For clients who wish to make their our label artwork, we will provide the size of the label, tags and other design elements that we’ll need for printing and production.

5. We’ll be providing a sample mockup before we run the full production. Any issues with bottles or packaging we may encounter in production will be address before production starts.

6. Once production is almost complete, our Sales Coordinator will reach out to you to schedule a pickup.

7. Balance payment MUST be made before pickup or shipping.
