Odor Description: Elegant, Substantive, Warm, Slightly woody.
This is one of the most valuable traditional “white musks”, along with galaxolide and ambrettolide.
An extremely elegant and substantive musk note. It is typical of macrocyclic musks with a warm, slightly woody undertone.
Usage: Habanolide is a very powerful musk. It combines the strength and tenacity of the aromatic musks with the pleasantness and elegance of the macrocyclic musks. Excellent in all applications.

Uses in perfumery : Habanolide® is used in white floral notes, orange blossom and woody notes. Useful in marine and amber notes.
Used only in fine fragrance, especially for colognes.
Natural availability : Habanolide® is not available in its natural state.
